The Job?

As a customer success assistant you will be part of running our assisted SaaS model where we help potential customers generate value from TwentyThree through trialing. You will be responsible for creating qualified trials by working closely together with our marketing team in identifying relevant leads and doing personlized reach outs.

You will also be part of setting up customer trials and help users get started on the platform. This will mostly be done via mail or chat, but you are also expected to do conference calls and digital meeting.

The role is a part-time position for students preferably with 1-2 years left of their studies. We aim to make the position full time after graduation, so you can expect to drive your own projects and develop the skills require to in a fast paced SaaS environment.
