Junior Customer Success Manager

We are looking for talents to grow our Customer Success team at TwentyThree. Our main goal is to help our customers do better video marketing and you will be working with our existing customers every day building and running all of our activation touch-points. You will be responsible for your own portfolio of customers and will be running meetings and conversations every day. Most importantly, you need to inspire our customers every single day with product and video marketing best practices. We are primarily looking for CS profiles with a strong commercial background, good project management skills. But most importantly, we are looking for profiles that enjoy and thrive on direct customer contact.
